This circuit was found in a 1979 magazine. We can use any JFET like MPF102 or BF245. The relay is 12 V with a maximum coil current of 100 mA. Q2 can be a BC558. The time is basically given by C1 and adjusted in VR1. Larger capacitors can help you get longer times.
