The circuit shown in the figure consists of an Inverter Module for CCFL Lamp that can be supplied with voltages of 3.3 V. The circuit is suggested by Microsemi (www.microsemi). Brightness control can be done either by a PWM signal or via a potentiometer. Per potentiometer, the circuit shown in figure 10 is used. For this circuit, the module already has a pull-up resistor of 215k ohms. The complete documentation for preparing projects can be downloaded directly from the Microsemi website. Other features that this module has are sleep mode and an input to turn the module on and off from an external command signal.
