In figure we have a three-phase AC motor control for voltages up to 600 V or 1200 V depending on the component used. The circuit is suggested by the International Rectifier (www.irf.com) and makes use of the integrated circuits IR22381QPBF (600 V) or IRF21381Q (Pbf) for 1200 V. The output voltage for excitation of the IGBTs is 12.5 to 20 V and as additional features that the circuit has, we can highlight an integrated de-saturation circuit, voltage feedback function, matched delay circuits, etc. A shutdwon input is also available and the DT pin allows the use of an external resistor for programming deadtime. The component datasheet with applications and various information for projects can be downloaded in PDF format. The datasheet has the number PD60322.
