This circuit is from a 1989 Electronics Handbook. The zener diodes are 9 V x 1 W and the transformer has a secondary 12 + 12 V x 300 mA. The rectifier diodes can be 1N4002 or 1N4004 and the fuse is ½ A. R1 and R2 are 1 W. resistors.
