In the figure we have an oscillator for microcontrollers capable of operating in the frequencies of 10, 12 or 16 MHz, totally based on silicon. The oscillator is based on the integrated circuits STCL1100 (10 MHz), STCL1120 (12 MHz) and STCL1160 (16 MHz). The 1.5% precision circuit and operates at 5 V +/- 10%. The output is compatible with CMOS push-pull, with square signal. No external components are needed, and the housing is SOT23-5L. Fast and stable starting features are present in the component.
