I found this circuit in a 1976 magazine, but it can still be easily assembled, as all components are common. The only one that may be more difficult to find is the indicator instrument, but even it can be obtained from some scrap. The accuracy will depend only on the resistors used in the divider. The power must be provided by two 9 V batteries.
